On the occasion that an item hasn’t been right naturisimo are quick to come up with a resolution & always friendly. Jhana is a lovely member of staff who has always treated me extremely kindly and is a real asset to the customer service team.

I have only just shopped at Naturisimo once for the first time because they stock a lot of the clean beauty brands I want to try. I bought a concealer that I wasn't sure would be my shade and contacted customer service to help. Tisha replied to me quickly and helped me out with shade matching and was really patient and helpful. This is by far the best customer service I've received by an online retailer and I'm blown away! I am now a devoted customer, this is what keeps people coming back for more, you guys rock!

I am very happy with Naturisimo. They have a great range of products at reasonable prices and their customer service is excellent. Living outside the UK, it is invaluable being able to purchase some of the products that other companies no longer supply since Brexit. Having been a Naturisimo customer for many years, I am definitely a fan. The products are high quality, plus being better for you and the planet; delivery is pretty fast, is free once you’ve spent a certain amount, and the packaging is environmentally friendly; they have plenty of sales - which is good because a lot of Natural products are quite pricey. There is a selection of tester products, which aren’t free but they can save some bother - although they don’t cover every product. I mostly buy make up and moisturisers and have found some lovely things -I’ve had a few disappointments over the years (such is the problem with buying online) but not many and generally I’ve been delighted. I rely heavily on the reviews on each product - I appreciate that they seem very honest. They also have a new chat facility and their customer services respond quickly, and are friendly and polite.

I’ve ordered from Naturisimo on many occasions now and they never disappoint. Delivery is always super fast, customer service is really helpful and the products are exactly as described.

I have been ordering from Naturisimo for about 5 years. I like the wide selection of products. Always good beauty boxes with great value. For the full-size versions from the Box you like, a discount is given upon next purchase. Shopping at Naturisimo is also often very profitable due to the loyalty point system and discounts. I like, that for the customers from EU orders up to €150 are VAT-free and delivery from £30 is free worldwide. The customer service always works quickly and is happy to help! I also order from other stores, but only with Naturisimo did I have no problem with expired products. That's why I love Naturisimo and will continue to order from there. The only thing I would really like is that customers from the EU can also participate in the Recycling program. But as far as I know, the Naturisimo team is already working on it. You're doing a great job, dear Naturisimo! Keep it up!

I've ordered from Naturisimo for many years. They have a wonderful wide range of organic, vegan and natural products. I'm in NYC and it's easy to order from them..the shipping is always fast. They have great samples and minis too. Their customer service is always great too.
